Through programs in health and wellness; financial literacy, STEM- science technology, engineering and math; college prep and career-leadership development, girls learn to set goals and develop the skills needed to succeed.

The Girls' Bill of Rights guides our service:  Girls have the right to be themselves and resist gender stereotypes; to express themselves with originality and enthusiasm; to take risks, strive freely, and take pride in success; to accept and appreciate their bodies; to have confidence in themselves and to be safe in the world; and the right to prepare for interesting work and economic independence.

We help girls meet and understand their rights by providing safe, welcoming places, trained and caring staff; relevant information and engaging activity; by understanding the complexity of girls’ lives, meeting them where they are and advancing the basic rights of every girl to be respected and self-reliant and to expand her mind, strengthen her body, and fortify her spirit.
