Imagine a world in which many more girls grow up Strong, Smart and Bold. At Girls Inc. we have a vision in which every girl values her whole self and her special strengths, has the opportunity to develop her potential and lead a healthy, educated and successful life. 

Girls Incorporated is a national non-profit organization and local United Way affiliate. We provide critical life-skills education to girls’ 6-18 years old. Girls come directly after school and stay until 7:00 p.m. and during the summer, we offer a 7 week summer day camp.  We transport girls every day afterschool from 9 different schools to our center. We also serve a healthy nutritious dinner each night. Our programs address financial literacy, personal safety,sexuality, healthy body image, career and life goals, substance abuse, self-esteem, conflict resolution, communication , technology, arts and culture, literacy, science and math, community service and much more. Continued exposure to positive experiences in a safe environment helps to pave the way for success in every girl’s life that we touch.
