A well-round missionary family who witnesses abandoned, hungry children around the world wants to provide a permanent home for an African American infant, since their biological children are grown and leaving them soon and they have the time, space and means to do so. Moreover, their fixed nominal income sent to them by the Mission Board with the money raised to support them would not provide for the expenses needed for the adoption. With the help from the Adoption Fund, the family needing a child to fill their empty nest can have the child by adoption, and the abandoned African american infant needing a home can have a permanent home. One by one, more families like this are helped to have a child they need, and more children needing a home desperately can have a home.
