Creative entrepreneurs have been making human communities vibrant and meaningful for millennia. Yet economists and community leaders have come to recognize these leaders as catalysts for prosperity and innovation more recently. GCCE was founded in 2008 by Tom Aageson and Alice Loy.  Our vision: communities across the globe fully recognize the economic, creative, cultural, and artistic contributions generated by cultural entrepreneurs and invest in and nurture their ventures.
