Help improve the future of health care for our entire community through health career scholarships awarded by CHI Health Good Samaritan Foundation.

Since 1989, our health career scholarship fund has helped area students achieve their dreams of becoming physicians, paramedics, radiology technicians, registered nurses, pharmacists, physical therapists and other health professionals. In fact, $200,141 has been awarded to 323 students. Upon graduation, many of these professionals have remained in Kearney starting their careers at Good Samaritan.

To be eligible for a health career scholarship, applicants must be enrolled or accepted in a recognized health career program, and be permanent residents or students attending schools within Good Samaritan’s service area.
