Good Shepherd's Clothes Closet has been giving free clothing, shoes, and bedding to families, children, veterans, job seekers, single mothers, homeless, those recently released from jail, Native Americans, (basically anyone who needs clothing) in the Reno/Sparks area for 26 years. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit who relies on donations and grants to continue our mission. We recently moved to a new location where 100% of the children in the zip code are eligible for free lunches, most of the people in the area work retail jobs, and the average household income is between $25,00 to $45,000. This new location will better serve a wider range of clients in an area that also has a food pantry, a Habitat for Humanities retail store, a post office, a hardware store and a welfare office. Your donation will ensure we can re-open in this new location soon and continue our mission to ensure no one goes without adequate clothing.
