GI Concert Association Patrons Fund

The Grand Island Concert Association is an organization of members who offer, promote, and support the arts for education, enlightenment, and entertainment of people in the Central Nebraska area and beyond.

This organization began in 1933. That's 85 years ago! We have been offering four to five concerts a year ever since. Our final two concerts of this season are The King's Singers and the Glenn Miller Orchestra. It doesn't get much bigger than that!! GI Concert Association holds its live concerts at Grand Island Senior High's main auditorium on Lafayette Avenue. As many as 1,000 members join each year at a very reasonable cost. This next year, 2018-2019, adult memberships will be $60, with students 18 and under free. The membership campaign runs from the middle of March to July 1. Season ticket membership cards are sent out before the first concert in the fall. Individual concert tickets can be purchased on site the night of the performance for $30 each.
