Grassroots Healthcare Foundation (GHF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring Full Spectrum Primary Care to vulnerable populations who cannot afford traditional healthcare or seek personalized medical experiences. While many people in California have some form of health insurance - many do not - and those that do suffer from INADEQUATE ACCESS to care.  Founded by Dr. Jerry M. Cline, a retired U.S. Air Force physician, GHF focuses on whole-person healing—body, mind, spirit, and community. With a volunteer staff and relying entirely on donations and strategic partnerships, GHF delivers high-quality, affordable care while fostering dignity and transformation through compassionate, community-driven services. Every contribution directly supports patient care, empowering underserved communities to thrive.
