Grass Valley Pta

The Grass Valley PTA is a volunteer group of parents, caregivers, teachers and community members dedicated to enriching students' education through   special programs and family-friendly events. Throughout the school year, the Grass Valley PTA raises nearly $50,000 through various fundraising endeavors, including a fun run, Payback Book sales, spirit wear sales, book fairs, and family events such as the Spring Auction and Carnival. We use the funds raised for programs and services that give back to our students, staff, and school. For example, all proceeds raised from the fun run go towards funding the school-wide Art Discovery Program, teacher grants, curriculum enhancements, the Birthday Book Cart Program, field trips, Staff Appreciation Week, the Spring Carnival, Family Movie Nights and much, much more.

We also provide opportunities for volunteering because we know that when parents are involved at school, children go farther and the schools they go to are better. When parents and caregivers, school staff, students and the community work together, students win. 

If you haven't joined the Grass Valley Elementary PTA yet, please consider joining today. When you become a member of the Grass Valley PTA, you are showing support not only for our goals, but also for the children of our school. YOUR children. A small portion of the $10 membership fee stays with the Grass Valley PTA, while the rest goes to the Washington State PTA, which provides our insurance and supports larger programs and statewide legislative issues
