Great Basin Water Network Inc

The primary focus of Great Basin Water Network is the Las Vegas Water Grab - a boondoggle scheme to drain water under eastern rural Nevada's high desert and threaten Utah's West Desert in order to pipe water nearly 300 miles to Las Vegas. Cost is $15.7 BILLION.  Our David v. Goliath saga has gone on since 1989 when Las Vegas first targeted rural Nevada's water. Since then, urban and rural, conservatives and progressives, ranchers, Native Americans, local governments, businesses, hunters, hikers and anglers have banded together to oppose the ill conceived project. Our financial needs are for legal and technical experts to defend litigation and water rights, for grassroots outreach, and for media campaigns. Great Basin water is a limited resource, and a temporary costly fix for Las Vegas. Thank you for considering our group and for your support!
