Our Mission:

We exist so that youth in under-resourced communities will experience the love of Christ and flourish for generations to come. 

Our Why:

Nearly 1 in 5 children in Greenville are born into poverty, with little chance of escaping it. Ranked 94th out of the 100 largest metro areas for upward mobility, Greenville is one of the hardest counties in the country for poor children to rise above their circumstances. We are unwilling to make peace with that reality. 

Lead Collective takes a three-fold ministry approach to address the root problems that contribute to childhood poverty. GOAT, Reach and Éleos Ministry each bring specific resources to middle and high school children overcoming poverty in Greenville County. Together these ministries provide healing for the hidden wounds of trauma, social capital necessary for upward mobility, and the life skills necessary to sustain a life of flourishing for generations to come.

GOAT - Experiencing the love of Christ in nature, and equipping youth leaders through outdoor adventures. 

Eleos - Providing persistent love and critical opportunities for youth in the Nicholtown neighborhood through asset-based community development. 

Reach - Creating second chances for justice-involved youth through Gospel-centered, relationship-driven diversion services.
