Great Plains Trail Network

By donating to the Great Plains Trails Network (GPTN), you directly support trail projects in the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County.

GPTN is a group of citizens who advocate and support a network of trails in and around Lancaster County, Nebraska, for jogging, biking, walking and horseback riding.

Our most recent accomplishments include raising over $275,000 to support the future construction of the Chris Beutler Trail in the planned South Haymarket Park and raising over $140,000 to enhance trail accessibility and usage in Wilderness Park. Current fundraising efforts are focused on exciting projects including the Prairie Corridor on Haines Branch.
