🛠️ NH Gives 2025: Build the Future, Honor a Legacy

As the sun rises on June 10, we invite you to build more than a home — we invite you to build hope.

Last year, your generosity during NH Gives helped Iris and her two young children move from housing insecurity to homeownership. Today, their lives are rooted in stability, dignity, and opportunity — all because you chose to give.

This year, we’re ready to build again. We have the volunteers. We have the passion. But we need one thing we can’t build ourselves: land.

And as we rise to meet this challenge, we’re also honoring a man who helped raise thousands of walls and change thousands of lives — President Jimmy Carter. For over 35 years, he and Rosalynn worked side by side with Habitat for Humanity volunteers around the world, living out the belief that everyone deserves a safe, decent, and affordable place to call home.

When you donate to Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity during NH Gives on June 10–11, you carry that legacy forward. You lay the groundwork for our next home. You give a local family the chance to grow, to thrive — to dream.

Give a little more this year. Honor the legacy. Help us break new ground.

Who We Are

The purpose of Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity is to provide safe, decent and affordable housing in the southern New Hampshire towns we serve.

We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that works to strengthen families and communities through affordable home ownership opportunities. We work in partnership with corporations, like-minded community groups, faith-based organizations, and individual volunteers to develop communities by building and renovating simple, decent, affordable homes with hard-working people who are in need.

We partner with families whose income is above public housing guidelines and who are unable to qualify for conventional mortgages. Qualified families are given a hand up (not a hand out), and they pay a monthly no-interest mortgage to Habitat. These monies, in turn, go back into building more, simple, decent, affordable homes. Habitat is committed to developing and uplifting families and communities in addition to constructing houses.
