Greater New Orleans Senior Games

The mission of the Greater New Orleans Senior Games is to provide seniors, over the age of 50, with the opportunity to participate in a variety of athletic, recreational, and social activities, at quality venues all of which promote wellness and an active lifestyle.

Living a meaningful, vibrant life is important to the seniors. Quality of life can be improved by friends, health, community involvement and new learning experiences. This is why Greater New Orleans Senior Games provides opportunities for the seniors to participate in the games throughout the greater New Orleans Area including Orleans, Jefferson, St .Bernard, Plaquemines, and St. Tammany parishes.
Seniors participate in Archery, Arts and Crafts, Basketball, Bean Bag Baseball, Billiards, Bocce, Bowling, Bridge, Cabbage Ball, Cycling, Dance, Darts, 5k walk, Golf, Horseshoes, Miniature Golf, Pickleball, Shooting, Shuffleboard, Softball, Swimming, Table cornhole, , Tennis, Texas Hold'em, Track and Field Throws, Volleyball, Washer Pitch, and Weightlifting. GNOSG always considers adding new activities. Come join in the fun.
