Next year, Grey Towers National Historic Site in Milford, PA will be commemorating its 50th Anniversary of being donated to the people of America, from the Pinchot Family. J.F. Kennedy was here on the grounds dedicating the property a mere 2 months before his assassination. Grey Towers National Historic Site now serves as a local icon and attraction offering guided tours and 102 acres of land were guests can explore. Grey Tower National Historic Site serves as home to two non-profits the Grey Towers Heritage Association and the Pinchot Institute. For the 50th commemoration we are planning many public programs and projects. We will be holding a 8k run in April, an Ice Cream Social, Environmental Symposiums, a play depicting the relationship between Gifford Pinchot, Teddy Roosevelt and John Muir, and a rededication ceremony. Throughout the year we will also be trying to raise funds to help restore the cemetery on site, which is one of Milford's first cemeteries and houses many of the original family members.  If you have any questions about the work that needs to be done in the cemetery or about the 50th Anniversary, please contact us at info@greytowers.org
