Over 220 million people grief each year globally, but in a national online survey on Grief conducted by My Grief Angels

 - "Over 80% of us said we were not prepared to deal with Loss",

- "95% of us did not know about Grief Attacks or how to cope with them" and

- "Majority of us felt there needs to be greater education about Grief and how to deal with Grief by our schools and colleges" 

MyGriefAngels is a 501 (c) (3) Public Charity, and it is our modest effort at helping others grieving find resources and information on things that we looked for but could not find online as we grieved the unexpected loss of our Mom:

From "How can Grief impact our Health"

to  "How have others coped with their Grief attacks"

to "How could we turn our Grief into something positive"

to "What Grief resources are available online for people experiencing my type of loss"
 
to "How can we put our Grief in Motion".  

My Grief Angels is an interest-based community network and Mobile App that enables each of us who has lost a loved one to join a mobile village of people grieving or who have grieved to make sure no one who is grieving is ever alone; regardless of where they find themselves in this world.

Each of us involved in the development of My Grief Angels has grieved in our own way, but in all cases, we were fortunate to have grief angels all around us who helped us navigate this process that we thought we could never get thru. 

Our grief angels came from far and near; some we knew and many we did not, but in all cases - they made sure we were not alone in going thru one of the most painful periods of our lives.  

We want to make sure no one in grief ever feels alone and we believe it takes an online resource like www.MyGriefAngels.org, our shared stories on how we each coped or are coping with our grief, the latest information on how Grief can impact our Health & our Families, and a mobile village of our own Grief Angels to help each other get thru this.

The group's Free Mobile App "Grief Support Network" is an extension of our mission to help others find information, resources and enable them to create their own local grief support network of family and friends.
