Grimes County Health Resource Commission

To improve access to care and the health status of Grimes County residents through collaboration and coordination of services.

We work with seniors, families and individuals to help them find services they need. We help people with getting medications, food, assisting with utilities when possible. We offer transportation to the doctor, pharmacy, grocery store and other health related locations. We have a senior meal program. We deliver meals to homebound seniors to allow them a hot lunch. We work with people to assist them in getting medical treatment or devices. We work to form partnerships with other agencies and organizations to bring needed services into Grimes County.
