Gvc Foundation

The GVC Foundation, Inc., was formed in 2012 to provide financial and organizational support for the Green Valley Community Coordinating Council, more recently referred to as the Green Valley Council (Council).  The Foundation’s support helps to assure the continuing efforts of the Council to enhance the health, safety, well-being and quality of life of residents in the greater Green Valley areas.

 

The Council itself was founded in 1973 to serve as the Civic Voice of the unincorporated Green Valley area and coordinate the necessary interactions of the resident Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and the County, State and Federal governments.

 

The Foundation fully supports the education of HOA officers and members and their partnership with the Council. The Foundation endorses the Council’s overriding goal of fostering the knowledge base to assist the relevant Federal, State and County agencies in identifying, creating and implementing policies which enhance and support the Green Valley lifestyle and the surrounding environment.
