Hope Community Resource Center

The Hope Community Resource Center (HCRC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization partnered with parents, youth, and the community committed to nurturing, supporting, educating, and strengthening families through quality youth and family development, educational programs, and tutoring. The Center serves Greater New Orleans, Algiers, New Orleans East, and Gentilly families and facilitates child and family issues with an emphasis on community collaboration and academic achievement.

Hope Community Resource Center has assisted in educating over 300 children in the Greater New Orleans community over the past twelve years. We are proud of the positive academic impact we've made in their lives. Through one-on-one instruction in essential skills and concepts, we've helped numerous students improve their reading and writing, meet grade-level expectations, and overcome academic challenges in critical thinking and problem-solving. Additionally, we emphasize the value of education and the importance of achieving high grades. Students who stay with our program through 8th -grade transition to high school successfully and often go on to attend college.
