The mission of HALO-Flight is to provide a clinically superior, professionally maintained and flown helicopter air-ambulance service to all critically ill or injured persons within our South Texas service area regardless of the patient's ability to pay. The HALO-Flight commitment to safe and outstanding care when it matters most is our guiding principle.

HALO-Flight's mission-ready Flight Crews consist of expert pilots, including former military members, along with nationally certified ER and ICU experienced paramedics and nurses. The crews provide critical care services, including a lifesaving pre-hospital blood transfusion program, increasing patient survival rates. HALO's number one priority is the safety of our crews and the patients we care for. In 2024, HALO-Flight flew 1,224 patients covering 26 counties in South Texas and more than 28,000 square miles.
