Did you ever stop to think about all the different ways people become homeless? Serious illness, job layoffs, domestic violence—these days, even many working families and individuals struggle to stay afloat.

HAPHousing helps, one family at a time. From shelter and other homelessness-prevention programs to creating affordable housing and new homeowners, from job readiness training and financial education to resident leadership programs, HAPHousing is helping to create positive community change here in western Massachusetts. Our new mission statement says it best:  

HAPHousing lights pathways and opens doors to homes and communities where people thrive.
