Harbor Ministries is seeking to rewrite the stories and change statistics. That is why we have created a harbor – a deeply restful place and a process where leaders can be renewed, refreshed, and restored.  We believe that leaders who periodically draw away into the harbor will be resilient leaders who will leave a legacy of continuing impact and influence.

RHYTHMinTWENTY is such a harbor. We select 20 emerging leaders to be part of a three-year journey where they can step away from business, the pace and the noise of life and rediscover the rhythm, balance the passionate call of God.  Experienced leaders draw alongside these young leaders and help them explore what it means to finish the next season of their family life, their work life, and personal life well. These 20-something leaders are given the time to sort out the calling of God from the clutter of life. They are challenged to change the space and pace of life so they can make it for the long haul.
