Harborcreek Youth Services provides trauma-informed behavioral health care in a residential setting for kids ages 12–18 from across Pennsylvania.

The youth we serve have experienced complex trauma and often also have a history of neglect, abuse, food insecurity, and other challenges. At HYS, they receive individualized treatment, compassionate care, and a safe space to heal, grow, and succeed. This Erie Gives Day, we’re raising funds to launch a major renovation of our 1963 campus pool. We know that swimming and other forms of recreation aren’t luxuries - they’re an essential part of our Developmental Trauma Model that supports physical, emotional, and sensory regulation. After 62 years, our pool needs a full rebuild to remain safe and usable; your gift will go towards funding this and other essential campus upgrades to support healing, growth, and fun. Thank you for supporting our mission and the kids we serve!
