Help us raise awareness and bring the gift of music to the 175 million children living with life-limiting and life-threatening rare diseases that have no treatments or cures.

Support our signature Programs specifically designed to educate and have maximum positive impact on children through the gift of music. Dollars raised go directly to our Rare Storytellers and Play This Forward Programs.

Our HOPES: 

~That each of one of our H4H Rockstar Care Packages delivered to children, will provide respite in a difficult day, inspire hope and joy for patients and caregivers and will mobilize community in support of Rare Disease which affect 1 in 10 Americans.

~That each Rare Storyteller we bring to Chicago's Feinberg School of Medicine will inspire future doctors to think "outside the box" when faced with a difficult diagnosis.

~That dollars raised from every one of our LIVE music events will support the advancement of scientific discoveries in external Rare Disease Research.

 

 

H4H is a 501c3 chartitable organization with the mission of using music to uplift children, mobilize community and contribute to external scientific discoveries in rare disease.
