Harvest House Ministries of Pampa

ABOUT US

The Harvest House Ministries of Pampa has operated as a non-profit 501C-3 since 2016, when Irvin & Alice Hall took over operation of the ministry, previously a part of Trinity Fellowship Church.  The primary goal of the Harvest House of Pampa is to help low income families with their basic food needs and provide ministry to them with the gospel of Jesus Christ.  We are governed by a board of directors and function with the help of many faithful volunteers from our community.

WHAT WE DO

Our clients have weekly opportunities to come to a place where they feel loved and cared for by our volunteers and staff, to select the specific grocery needs they have that week and to be offered ministry, worship and prayer to fill their spiritual need as well.  Some families have gone through troubled times and are temporarily in need, while others find themselves in life situations in which they have food insufficiency.  Harvest House offers help to families who qualify for assistance according to state guidelines, providing both food and the love of Christ.

We participate with the High Plains Food Bank to obtain the majority of the food we distribute, with local merchants and organizations often being involved with meeting the needs of our clients with discounted prices and food drives.

OUR GOAL

To offer families a “hand-up”, not just a “hand-out”, with encouragement and support to strengthen their lives physically, mentally and spiritually with the love of Jesus Christ.  Clients with needs we are unable to meet are referred to other agencies within our community who work hand-in-hand with Harvest House of Pampa.
