Three Years of Community Care in Action

Hate Is A Virus started in March 2020. We began on social media, calling out the rise in anti-Asian racism during COVID. As we grew, we found ways to bring resources to grassroots organizations serving Asian American communities around the country.

Let’s do good work together.

We encourage & equip Asian Americans to become agents of collective liberation.  With your help, we can keep creating opportunities for Asian Americans to go from curious bystanders to engaged advocates.

Your Impact

Everyone has a unique role to play in liberation. Your donation helps Hate is a Virus sustain our operations as we develop programs and resources to support our community along that journey.  Your donation will go towards:

• The development, creation and publication of free, high-quality digital resources across our social media, newsletter, and website. 
• Ongoing research into how we can best support Asian Americans in deepening their awareness and engagement with liberation and justice.
• Fair wages for Asian American subject matter experts, researchers, artists, and other team members & collaborators.
