HEAL empowers children to prevent obesity, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and associated health problems through an elementary school physical education (PE) curriculum.  HEAL provides the opportunity for every child to succeed, no matter their current fitness level by using heart rate monitors to ensure that they move in their Healthy Heart Zone while learning motor skills, nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
