Hear Nebraska

Hear Nebraska is helping to build Nebraska’s music community and industry. We’re training and providing a springboard for young journalists and content producers. We’re evolving the state’s narrative. And we need your help.

Support from community members like you is critical to HN’s programming. Last year, we invested $109,000 into Nebraska’s music industry — $56,000 directly to musicians. We launched the first Good Living Tour. We published 570+ stories, 70+ videos and 5,000+ photos, telling the story of Nebraska’s world-class music.

This year, we’re doing even more. The Good Living Tour has expanded to 12 cities. We’ll produce the first Hear Nebraska-directed music festival in Lincoln Calling. We’ll grow our HN Workshops, which empower musicians with necessary skills. And we’ll produce our first ever summer concert series west of Lincoln with Hear Grand Island.
