Heart of Tyler, Inc.

The Heart of Tyler, Inc. is Tyler's only 501(c)3 nonprofit organization solely dedicated to the economic, cultural and historic revitalization of downtown Tyler. We work in association with the City of Tyler, the Texas Main Street Program of the Texas Historical Commission and the National Main Street Center of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Heart of Tyler works in partnership with the City of Tyler and the Main Street Board to provide grants for Downtown business owners to make needed building improvement to their space. Heart of Tyler donates a minimum of $10,000 toward this grant fund each year. Proceeds from ETGD 2022 will go toward Heart of Tyler's contribution to the Downtown Revitalization Program Grant.
