Helen Keller Foundation for Research & Education Inc

An important aspect of the Helen Keller Foundation, along with sight, speech and hearing research, is character education.  The Foundation is now ensuring that Helen's life lessions - still beloved by literate people worldwide - will be known to generations yet to come.  And that public support for sight and hearing research will forever be mobilized in her name.  Helen's great niece, Keller Johnson-Thompson, has taught her famous aunt's story to school children and adults throughout the United States for more than a decade as Vice President of the Foundation.  Keller now plans to begin webasting to schools worldwide from Helen Keller's birthplace, Tuscumbia, Alabama, USA.
