Helens Haven Animal Rescue & Sanctuary

Helen's Haven is a small group with a big impact!  We are the "last chance corral" for animals who need more than the usual rescue or shelter can give them .  Maybe they're too sick, too shy, too wild, too young, or just too much for a shelter or traditional rescue to handle. We give them the time, love, and attention they need to get ready for their forever home.

Our hope is that most of these very special animals will be adopted by loving families, but that's not always possible. Some will stay with us throughout their lives, safe, well fed and cared for.  And, a few will do more than that by bringing love and healing to people who desperately need it as therapy animals.

Most of our current focus is on cats because they have the fewest resources available. But we also help dogs and horses that find themselves out of options.

Our administrative costs are covered by private support so 100% of donations go directly to save lives and provide necessary care for the animals.
