FUNDS RAISED WILL SUPPORT CHC'S TEEN MENTAL HEALTH INITIATIVE.

Anxiety/Depression is one of CHC’s four focus areas, and last fall, CHC launched an effort to work with other organizations and professionals who are addressing, and working to overcome, the very high and alarming rate of anxiety, depression and suicide among teens in our community. There is a clear gap in support and services for adolescents in Santa Clara & San Mateo County.

CHC is committed to leveraging our skills and expertise in the areas of Anxiety & Depression to ensure that our community is educated about the causes and signs and has a clear understanding of the support and care available.
