Heroes Of New Orleans

Heroes of New Orleans is a grassroot 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to inspiring and empowering youth and families. Our mission is to elevate underprivileged youth and families who face poverty or its risks, through a comprehensive positive strategy that includes wraparound services, workforce development, and mentorship.

This year, our fundraising efforts are dedicated to renovating our gymnasium, aiming to enhance and broaden the services offered to youth and families. This initiative will enable us to positively impact twice the number of individuals we are currently serving. Through collaborative partnerships, Heroes of New Orleans has established a comprehensive youth and family wraparound empowerment service to bolster cognitive growth and enrich the experiences youth and families in our programs. This initiative combines workforce development, education, training, case management, self-development and mentorship. In conjunction with our partners, we place a strong emphasis on apprenticeships, vocational training, and internships that lead to industry-recognized credentials, contributing to economic stimulation.
