Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury creates access to safe, affordable housing for local low-to-moderate income county residents who have a steady income and solid credit but who do not qualify for a traditional mortgage. 🏡 

Creating opportunities for homeownership results in long-term success in our community and partner families by:

HFHWM offers a hand-up, not a handout. 

To date, HFHWM has built more than 290 homes across Williamson and Maury Counties and strives to build 8 to 12 new homes each year in partnership with qualifying families. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers, work with a budget coach, and participate in homebuyer education classes so they are confident and equipped to take on homeownership in stride. 

Habitat builds small neighborhoods governed by a Homeowners Association and fills a need for affordable housing in Williamson and Maury counties. Additionally, through our Critical Repair Program, we provide major repairs at an affordable rate to keep homeowners safe and from being displaced from their homes. 

Fieldstone Farms Neighborhood

This fall, we are breaking ground on Fieldstone Farms, a 4-phase, neighborhood project that 27 families in Columbia, TN will call be able to call home! 

We are fundraising for Phase One of the project, which includes developing the land and beginning construction on the first 4-6 homes in Spring 2023.
