Hamilton Fairfield Little League

Hamilton Fairfield Little League has enjoyed great success the past few seasons on the field and with that success we are anticipating a significant increase in the number of kids playing in our league in the coming seasons. While this success and growth is vital to sustain our league, our facilities are in need of improvements to support this growth. Little League baseball is an important building block in the lives of so many children and we refuse to let this challenge restrict the number of kids that can participate.

For many years, our teams have played home games at Crawford Woods in East Hamilton. The City of Hamilton has been kind enough to allow our league to utilize Crawford Woods for our games, but the league is solely responsible for the fields' upkeep and maintenance.

In order for us to have a place to play, we need to repair and replace backstops, recondition the field surfaces, re-cut infields, replace field equipment, add dirt and level the infields, correct drainage problems, plant grass, etc. In addition, we would like to improve our concession stand and make the softball field playable again so that we are able to establish softball teams within our league. That is why we have launched this capital campaign - to pay for necessary improvements to the park's facilities and share in the responsibility to make these fields playable for our kids.

Raising the necessary funds to improve our fields is challenging and it is not something we want to pass along by increasing our registration fees as we feel it is important to keep our league affordable to give all kids and families the opportunity to play the great game of baseball. In a concerted effort to accomplish our goals, we are undertaking a number of initiatives to raise the money to make the improvements necessary to sustain the success of our league. In short, we are now seeking your help to fix our existing fields and build new ones for the kids of East Hamilton, Fairfield, and Fairfield Township.
