Hospice is not a place. It is a way of caring.  Our goal is to help people live their final months as fully and peacefully as possible.  

WE OFFER...

a team approach.  Our Medical Director, nurses, social workers, spiritual and bereavement counselors, and volunteers work together with your primary physician to meet the needs of you and your family.  

an affordable option. Hospice costs are covered under Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance plans. Covered costs for people on hospice include items not covered by regular Medicare and Medicaid programs, which means hospice could help save money. 

No one is ever turned away due to inability to pay. 

Care is provided in the setting that is best for the patient. This may at home, a hospital, or nursing home. 

Support is there for those who are grieving, our staff and volunteers support family members of all ages as they approach and experience the death of a loved one.  We provide counseling services, educational programs and support groups to anyone in the community.
