The Hispanic Cultural Center (HCCI) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for all people as well as to recognize, celebrate, and preserve art, heritage, and cultural values, while building collaborative relationships and promoting self-sustainability. Education underlies the center's programs and events. This is a place where individuals and families can interact and share positive learning experiences and where community members can meet to plan, discuss, learn and perform.

The HCCI is an architectural tribute to the Hispanic culture in Idaho. the three co.umns represent the holy trinity, four square windows mark the corners of the earth, and two converging fountains signify the sister states of idaho and Jalisco. Also, the structure was designed with many large open walls in order to put murals throughut the building.
