Home of Guiding Hands is honored to be a part of San Diego Gives Day of Giving 2023!

We are asking for your support in raising $2,500 to go towards our services that support our awesome community!

For over 55 years, Home of Guiding Hands (HGH) has provided services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.  We provide a plethora of services, including residential, respite, adult foster homes, independent living skills, tailored day program, financial management services, infant development assessments, early childhood development and life planning.  We own and operate 27 group homes in East County San Diego where we provide around-the-clock care to nearly 200 residents. In general, we provide supportive services to over 4,500 individuals and families each year (and growing!) in San Diego and Imperial Counties.
