Shelter Providers of Riverside, Inc., DBA HomeAid Inland Empire, is the charitable arm of the Building Industry Association (BIA). HomeAid Inland Empire is a Riverside-based non-profit organization that works with various service providers offering temporary housing for homeless individuals and families in the Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
