Homemaker Health Care Inc

Homemaker Health Care Foundation coordinates an Outreach Program for lower income senior citizens, disabled individuals, and clients with unmet needs, such as a lack of a support group to see them through their illness.  The Outreach Program's services are available due to our partnership with the United Way of Central Missouri and other community sponsors.

Our Community Outreach Program helps our local lower income senior citizens and people with disabilities during times of illness.  We provide temporary use of assistive medical equipment and education on the equipment.  We provide walkers, wheelchairs, canes, shower benches, bedside toilets, and other non-durable, non-prescription items to those in need.

Our purpose is to provide solutions to the demands of daily living for low incomeelderly, underprivileged, and persons with disabilities who are living independently in their own homes.

For over 40 years our passion has been to provide the citizens of Jefferson City and surounding areas with the ability to remain safe and independent in their own homes and that passion continues today through the Outreach Program.
