Hope Connection and Community

What started as a giving table of food during the COVID-19 Pandemic quickly shifted as the need for resources and support in the community was fully realized. We've consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of our amazing communities. 

Our amazing team is built of strong, compassionate, and caring local community members who want to help make a difference. We are a diverse group of people full of ideas, hopes, dreams, and goals to help those in needing a hand up.

Our intention is to focus on an underserved population within communities that function at or below a 200% FPL. Our efforts are to fill the gaps in services that increase wellness and quality of life for individuals and families.
