Hope Community Health Center

Hope Community Health Center exists to provide easy and affordable access to healthcare services for the most vulnerable populations throughout the Greater New Orleans and surrounding areas. We believe everyone deserves access to quality health care and our goal is to provide that to our patients in a compassionate, safe, and culturally humble environment, regardless of their ability to pay.

Hope Community Health Center, founded in 2020, is a non-profit community healthcare clinic located in downtown New Orleans, providing primary care, behavioral health and forensic services. We also provide HIV and STI testing/treatment. The health center is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Our health center staff put our patients at the center of everything we do. All of our services are provided by trauma-informed staff who go to great lengths to provide compassionate, culturally humble care in a safe environment.

Hope Community Health Center also works in close partnership with the New Orleans Family Justice Alliance to provide free coordinated services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and non-fatal strangulation.
