HOPE has been serving the non-insured and low-income population of the Rio Grande Valley since 1996. Over the years, we have expanded to provide:
All physicians are volunteers who donate their time to provide healthcare to those in need, and the counseling and support staff are grant funded licensed professionals with a shared mission to provide healthcare to all. HOPE is a non-governmental non-profit organization sustained through grants, individual donations, volunteer services, and fundraisers.
