House of Globalization Inc

House of Globalization, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded in 2015 to provide victim resources, support, and advocacy against human trafficking and domestic violence.  As such, it is governed by an active Board of Directors, made up of nine dedicated professionals who share the responsibility of developing the organization’s strategic plan and overseeing the organization's activities to ensure alignment with its vision, mission, strategy, and goals.

The mission of House of Globalization, Inc. (HGDV) is to stand against domestic violence and human trafficking by improving justice, strengthening the sovereignty of women and providing awareness through counseling and education, aiming to prevent and end violence against women, children and men around the Globe.

Founded by Vivian Shaku, who is a survivor of domestic abuse – suffering at the hands of her ex-husband for many years even during pregnancy. Vivian has made it her personal and professional mission to bring broad awareness to domestic violence and to help those in the healing and recovery of intimate partner violence.  It is important to note, according to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV), twenty people per minute are victimized by their domestic partner in the United States.
