For many who are living on the streets, House of Hope CDC is a safe place, somewhere to call "home". We are their surrogate family and friends. We are the person they reach out to time and time again to talk through a crisis, ask questions, and receive guidance. As a result of these relationships, House of Hope CDC knows what it takes to move someone off the streets and into housing - and keep them there, by developing high-quality affordable housing and offering the best social services in the field.
