$15,000 Goal

House of Refuge offers more than just shelter—we provide a pathway to stability for Arizona families facing homelessness. Through our comprehensive 12-month program, families receive a home and access to a wide range of support services designed to address the root causes of homelessness. With personalized case management, employment and education assistance, children and teen programming, and access to essential resources like food, clothing, and household goods from our Donation Center, we empower families to rebuild their lives, achieve self-sufficiency, and secure long-term, sustainable housing.

About Us: House of Refuge is one of the most unique programs that help the homeless population. We were founded in 1996 and are located on a former U.S. Air Force Base. When Williams Air Force Base was decommissioned, House of Refuge was given a military chapel, an office building, and 88 retired military homes to provide transitional housing to families experiencing homelessness. Now in our 28th year, we've helped over 9,000 individuals and 3,000 families.

Every day over 250 individuals call House of Refuge home and we are proud to be here to support these families on their journey to self-sufficiency.
