Imagine being a pregnant woman or new mom, struggling with homelessness, abuse, or addiction, and feeling trapped.

Sadly, many pregnant women and new mothers face significant challenges, including domestic violence, addiction, poverty, and limited access to education. But there’s hope!

The House of W.O.M.B., Women Overcoming Many Barriers, Foundation Inc. is a Louisville based 501c3 nonprofit for women and children in crisis.

H.O.W. offers a sanctuary for women and children in crisis—a place of hope, healing, and new beginnings. 

* HOW we do it :*

We walk alongside women as they grow into strong mothers and empowered young adults, surrounding them with love and support. Through compassionate programs that teach life skills and open doors to education, we help them build brighter futures and create families grounded in strength and self-worth.

Join our #BreakingBarriers campaign to raise awareness about the barriers faced by pregnant women and new mothers in crisis.

Together, we can provide support and empowerment to those who need it most. Help us rebuild self-sufficient families by providing a safe haven with:

•  Counseling and therapy services

•  Education and job training

•  Life skill/parenter training

•  Addiction treatment

Our Transitional Housing Program offers:

Weekly Rate: $150
