Housing Options & Planning Enterprises Inc

Housing Options & Planning Enterprises, Inc. (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization that provides the community with financial literacy, pre-purchase housing counseling and foreclosure intervention services.  H.O.P.E. provides expert comprehensive housing counseling and financial literacy, in order to help individuals and households find, maintain, qualify, and keep the housing that meets their needs.

H.O.P.E., in 2014, has seen 1262 clients.  There were 692 clients who have taken one of the first time homebuyers classes.  Of the first time homebuyer clients, 119 have purchased homes in Maryland.  There were 570 clients who received foreclosure prevention and financial capabilities services.
