The Housing Partnership, Inc. (HPI) has been working since 1989 to benefit the Louisville community and ensure that families – much like yours – have a safe place to call home.

HPI provides affordable housing opportunities for over 1,100 families in the Louisville area whose median annual income is $11,700.  We serve a variety of families and individuals including affordable housing communities for senior citizens. Many of the families we serve are refugees and come from countries all over the world, such as Nepal and Somalia.

We are committed to being environmentally friendly.  All the homes that HPI builds are EnergyStar-rated and many of the multi-family apartment buildings are equipped with green initiatives including solar panels on the roofs.

HPI also serves the Louisville community with Financial Counseling and Education services for low-income first-time homebuyers, empowering them to make financially sound decisions and become sustainable homeowners.  We also offer Foreclosure Intervention services and we have helped 1,200 families in Louisville avoid foreclosure and keep their homes.
