The Howard College San Angelo Foundation exists to enrich, improve, and change lives through access to education.

Through the Foundation, donor support has helped expand and improve campus facilities, fund hands-on learning environments like the Builders of San Angelo Workshop, and provide state-of-the-art equipment for workforce and health professions programs. But at the heart of our mission is direct student support.

Scholarships—along with resources like the John Parsons Emergency Success Fund—help remove financial barriers that might otherwise stand in the way of a student’s success.
